Your bag will be sent via DHL with standard delivery and is insured. You will receive all the accessories listed in the product description. If the original Chanel dust bag is no longer included, we will provide you with a high-quality dust bag.

As soon as we receive your order, we’ll dispatch it within the next 1 – 2 working days. Your bag will then take approximately 1 – 2 working days to arrive when you order out of Germany. Shipping to all other countries may take 3 – 5 business days. You’ll of course receive a tracking link so you can track your parcel at any time.

If the parcel or bag arrives damaged, please take photos of the damage straight away and email them to us. We will then look into your enquiry and work with you to find a solution.

In the unlikely event that a bag is mistakenly classified as genuine and turns out to be a fake after purchase, we will, of course, accept a return. To do so, you will need to provide proof from another authenticator that casts doubt on the bag’s authenticity.
