Terms of Delivery

We deliver within the EU.

Processing usually takes 1 – 2 working days after receipt of payment. The subsequent delivery time within Germany is approximately 1 – 2 working days, for all other countries 3 – 5 working days.

Shipments are insured via DHL with tracking. Delivery is free of charge.

If the goods are dispatched at your request, the risk of loss or damage is only transferred to you, the buyer, upon handover to you, and not upon handover to the courier service.

Should your parcel be damaged or lost in transit, please contact us immediately at hello@asettecollect.com so that we can arrange for a claim to be settled with the courier.
